Steel ball bearings can work well under such enviroment where is moisture,
corrosive and abrasive. They are widly used for food and beverage processing
machinery, medical appliances and medicine equipments. Some time they call it
corrosion resistant bearings, waterproof bearings,
underwater bearings, non magnetic bearings. We can provide the stainless steel
bearing in different sizes and types to you. They are Stainless steel deep groove
ball bearings,Stainless steel pillow blocks? Stainless steel angular contact
ball bearings,Stainless steel needle roller bearings? Stainless steel drawn cup
needle bearings and so on
Well known for our extensive range of miniature steel ball bearings SRG has
now extended the range to include 6000, 6200, 6300, 6800 & 6900 ISO
series.Made from 440C stainless steel with NBR full contact seals and Kyodo SRL
grease, these bearings are ideal for the food industry and open air applications
such as Marine and Fishing. Self-lubricating skf
bearings in stainless steel for food applications. Mil-Spec certified for
aircraft control and undercarriage systems, heavy duty aircraft type for racing
car applications

The Australian designed and manufactured Sheedy 1000 Bearing needs no
lubrication and yet will operate reliably, wet or dry, in extreme
conditions.
According to inventor Noel Sheedy, his 1000 bearing will interchange with
all conventional bearings from self aligning to radial and with cam followers
and rollers as well. These iko bearings are
specifically designed and made in Australia to meet any requirements and are
covered by Australian and world patents.
SRG Bearings (Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings) are Daiwa’s specially
treated, sealed, stainless steel and are advertised to last up to 12 times
longer than standard steel ball bearings, especially beneficial in corrosive
saltwater environment. You will find that most reel companies place ball
bearings at several locations within a reel. Where there are rotating parts in
contact with one another you can find ball bearings. The number can range from
three to as many as eleven. There are spool, clutch, knob and frame bearings for
example.
For certain applications SKF also produces stainless steel deep groove ball
bearings with an external flange on the outer ring. The flange enables the
bearings to be axially located in the housing. Such an arrangement is very
simple in design and saves space; the housing bore need not be so expensive to
machine as housing shoulders are not required.
SKF flanged [steel ball bearings] are available in an open design,
designation suffix R and a shielded version, with a Z shield at both sides,
designation suffix 2ZR).
The bearings have the same internal design, including the cage, as the
corresponding bearings without flange. They are able to accommodate the same
loads, operate at the same speeds, and the shielded bearings are filled with the
same grease.
